Hi Ms. Sheina, so proud of you. we have a different scenario. I left my family in the farm, and applied as a Customer Service Rep so I can support them and our agribusiness.

If you don't mind how much po ang estimated amount kapag bumili ng ganyang farm po😊
@diaryofafarmer
@diaryofafarmer Жыл бұрын
Depende kasi yan sa location at pwesto at kung anong meron ang lupa. Dito sa amin 80 pesos per square meter dahil 1 hour from the city. Pero pag within sa city is maaaring umabot ng 5000 pesos per square meter. Kung beach front, so mahal. At depende din sa lugar kasi sa El Nido ng Palawan, sobrang dollars na masyado. 😂 At may iba rin na mas bababa pa sa 80 pesos kung rush sale at di clean title. Ang daming factors.

I envy the place. Nice farm, beautiful place to live. That is what I wanted to do ever since.. ( unfortunately I can't for some reason ) back to basic to nature. My only concern is security since you're in the middle of the farm or forest.
@diaryofafarmer
@diaryofafarmer 2 жыл бұрын
This is what I've always wanted to do too! Back to basic. The place isn't so remote. One hour away from Puerto Princesa city, 5 minutes from the national highway, and 10 from the municipality. It does look remote though but there are neighbors nearby. I still wish there's more of them. So yeah, a little on the remote side. Might have to get some dogs. And cats for the snakes.
@samuelbandolajr7594

@@diaryofafarmer WOW !! f that's the case I envy the location as well. Who could imagine that beautiful place is only 5 minutes to national road and 10 minutes to municipality. Kudos to Palawan LGU for really taking care of nature. They are really known for that thing. 😘👍 Yes I agree you're right cats and dogs will do not only for security, for added companion as well. ( Just like what you've mentioned in video about harvesting bananas which somebody did in advanced, but not done by a monkey 🤭✌️). Good luck and wish you all the best dear ☺️

Madam Hindi ba nalaki o nalakas yung ilog kapag may bagyo o baha? Baka abutin yung house nyo po.
@diaryofafarmer
@diaryofafarmer 2 жыл бұрын
Yun din ang worry namin dati pero nang mabisita namin, highly elevated ang lupa sa left side kung saan ang farm. From the river to the right side naman (where our neighbor's farm is), doon ang low talaga ang elevation, patag, at malawak pa. So if ever may baha or bagyo (wag naman sana) ang right side muna ang mag ooverflow before sa left where the elevation is way higher. :) At medyo malayo din ang house sa ilog since bawal mag build within 20 meters. Thanks for watching!

How much is the land there per sq m?
@diaryofafarmer
@diaryofafarmer 2 жыл бұрын
It depends on the location. For beach fronts in El Nido, there seems to be no limit.💰Outside El Nido, beaches are around 200-500 pesos per sqm. Agricultural lands are much cheaper. The cheapest we saw was probably 50 per sqm one hour away from the city. You can probably expect 50-200 pesos for agricultural lands. If within the city, the price rises dramatically. Included features like a ready house, fruit bearing trees, a "clean" title status, impact the price. Sellers will also sell cheap if they're in a rush to sell.
