It's so hilarious watching you guys reactions when the ball hits. Every bowler does the same thing. It's crazy how ingrained the little mannerisms become that we all automatically do the same hand motions when we strike, and cringe the same way when we think it's good and it's not lol.

I have a tip for Jessie. I'm a bowler at nationals rn in grand rapids and something that I've seen Jessie do a lot is miss spares when he cuts his release short. So a tip that I've used myself is over exaggerate following threw on your spares and they shouldn't hook so much for your 10 pins or anything else. Also want to say I love the show so Darren and jessie, you're doing a great job!

My idea is that you bowl one game with a house ball, whatever those three numbers are that you bowl, you have a set number of bowling balls that are between 0 and 9 and whatever your three number total score is are the balls you use for league next

That's basically the only thing I don't like about my Hyped Hybrid. You REALLY have to send it out the window and know it's coming back no matter what you do. Great ball otherwise. I just want to see what it does on something a little harder now.

The only thing with filming is if the alley allows you to do it, obviously on private property they can tell you to stop, but if they say yes then its fair game. People could be annoyed, but legally you don't have to blur them or any of that.

As a two hander, I do the exact same thing with my spares where I don’t throw with as much power as I do with my strike balls. Mentally I know it’s because I’m trying to be more accurate and that’s why it will sometimes hook ever so slightly at the end and cause me to miss it altogether. You just have to trust your throw on a spare shot like you do your strike shot and then you’ll get spares like that consistently, or close to it anyway 😊

The wheel is always fun, but you should try the dice or cards challenge. For the dice I use 6 balls, roll the dice every frame, but you have to re-roll of you get the same number. For a game league, cards would be 8 copies of Ace through 6 and how ever many 7s you want to add. Shuffle the cards and that card is a ball (7 is the spare ball), new ball every frame and after a spare or strike in the 10th.

I started getting into bowling a bit, have gone maybe 5-10 a month for the last 2 months, sometimes when I'm bowling my hip has a super bad pain, but MOST times it doesn't, anyone know what would cause this ? I never change my stance or land different on my last step.

Assuming you have learned a good basic form and technique. Do you have good shoes and a balanced slide at the end? Crap shoes make the slide choppy. I've hurt my quad and hip area from bad slides. Also two handed or thumb out can be hard on the hip or lower back if you are making up your form. Last thought is you may just be developing different muscles and having some growing pains.

Hello Jessie, I’m not a professional bowler by any means but just a tip I’ve learned they had helped me a lot with lanes that move a lot try to lift the ball a little farther on the lane you are laying it down right at the line and giving the ball way too much time to move.

I was interested in the concept of the wheel video, but instead, I listened to a whole intro segment of people complaining about people not wanting to be filmed. Don't worry about trying to figure out what you can do "legally". If they don't wanna be filmed, just respect it and move on. You got the right idea with pre-bowling, because it could be argued that having a bunch of people filming whileI'm trying to bowl is a hassle as well.

I know exactly what u mean with "people that don't want to be filmed." You don't want to know what I had to do in order to get the permission in Germany to film at the "highest" level of bowling in Germany and how many hate I got from people that saw for the first time that a camera is part of their tournament.
