🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 Its really hard bro but you can do it 💯💯💯 I did joe rogans 30 day challenge and it turned into 4 years.. In the beggining i thought.. whats 30 days? shouldnt be too bad.. but before the month ended i started loving the way i felt and i loved how sharp i was becoming, less brain fog, better mood, more intouch emotionally , and waaaaaay more ambitious!! I soon realized that alcohol and partying is whats been holding me back this entire time and i instantly knew that i was free and nothing could stop me from my goals now.. I was lucky enough to have a couple friends who was on the same journey at the same time and we held each other accountable which made it easier.. You gotta surround yourself with likeminded people you gotta get out of the enviroment thats holding you down.. You can do it bro 💯💯💯🤙🏼

ALWAYS go with a partner, If in doubt.. dont go out, meaning if the conditions dont look good.. stay out of the water and understand that you can always dive another day, Get familier with our fish regulations, the legal size and bag limit.. Always eat what you catch and only take what you need... and just be safe and have fun.. realize that your a beginner and you have a looooot to learn but stay consistent no matter what and youll be providing food for your family for life 🤙🏼🤙🏼🤙🏼
