Klawf is great, even without Anger Shell! His hidden ability, Regenerator, lets him be a Stealth Rock setter and a great defensive sponge. Make him a Tera Ghost with Regenerator and he is a menace. Admittedly he is not going to make it in to Ubers or OU, but he is still versatile and not something to sleep on.
