I mean… it’s true. There are no common carp species native to North America, so by definition they are invasive and at the very least he shouldn’t be helping them get upriver. Maybe that species isn’t as destructive in that area? Or the park has a catch and release only policy? Can’t be sure, but people aren’t wrong when they’re saying the fish are invasive.

Still, it is a non native species so out of any of the fish shown it’d probably be best to at least ignore them and let them die or thrive naturally without intervention. Just my opinion of course.
