was easy done spend £5 for food to last 3 days shoping in Britain before virus , it about shoping smart, iceland used have 2 box's of 10 eggs for £2.00 pound shop small portion heinz beans 40p or 4 for £1 or some like that, then buy cheap bread, porridge, yoghurts, veg, fruit from aldi or lidl
