Omg I cannot believe they cut Diamond Tiara's Verse out! It's literally the best part of the song and I'm just hearing it now?! I resonate so much with her character and this show got me out of such a dark place, realizing my ideas of friendship were seriously broken. This episode and Diamond's song literally broke me in half because I was exactly like her and I never forgave myself or moved on. That episode really inspired me to do better and believe in myself.

your comment has reminded me of my own experience 😢 some songs from this show make me cry and i didn’t really understand why, but i think i’ve come to the conclusion that my own ideals of friendship also are really broken, due to being hurt by past friendships and relationships. for example, the song “A True, True Friend” makes me cry or at the very least makes me super emotional *every time i hear it* and i think it’s because i never really had a true friend until like, my junior year of high school. i had one in elementary school but when i moved, we lost touch and we’ve never been able to find each other since.

I love this show... Diamond Tiara started as a heartless bully, but they tell the important message that even bullies are just people with their own hardships and conflict. They show that even bullies can change and be redeemed... Certainly a better message than Cloe from Miraculous Ladybug... :/
