I've got a theory. A theory about why the POV got teleported back to the base. If you think about it, why did something like that, teleport the POV to the dead, abandoned base, where the screens were and convineintly, exactly then when a message appeared. The theory, which isn't that hard to actually figure out, is that the TV man, had automated a message that would show up whenever he died. This would suggest to things like the TV man knowing about the plague doctor and had the device long ago, since he wasn't infected while he was recording the message. Or maybe he made that system after he had gone infected, but recorded that message when he wasn't. Basically, the TV man had made a system that if he died, the message would appear on that screen and forcefully teleported the person that had his tablet, so the person can find out about this core and find it to possibly stop the plague. A question from this can arise: But what if the TV man had died, and the plague doctor would be teleported and he would be the one to find out? Well, the TV man WOULDN'T die, since the plague doctor wouldn't know that he's a traitor because he hasn't helped the alliance. And if he had helped the alliance, someone would have the tablet instead of him. The TV man was always a step ahead of the plague doctor, even before he actually got that mark. (The TV man must've met the plague doctor even before his transformation because he had purposefully acted like he had died when the POV was with him, the zombie didn't kill him and there was like a coronation scene after the whole incident in the base.) And no, the plague doctor wouldn't be able to find out about this message before, since there was no message there before the TV man died, plus the plague doctor nor one of his zombies aren't really technicians to check files, or recorded messages, plus why would they check them without any suspicion? This theory would also imply that the fury of the plague doctor and death of TV man (or the trasnformation of the TV man that killed him in the process) happened around the same time as the fight of the alliance against the zombie scientist.

Personally The fact that the POV cameraman /Plunger man gets teleported is pretty suspicious yeah you could be the plague doctor trying to force him back into episode eight where the infestation of zombies originally came causing this space to be infested with zombies as we see through the POVPlunger man as going to find out the base from episode eight was infested with zombies including skip the zombies and I guess the EXO suit allows him not to get bit what I mean by that is his strength has been increased A lot ever since he wore a suit and I thought he he was bitten by a zombie or a bite mark should appear in his arm or on his arm but turns out the EXO suit protects him or zombie was not paying attention and he was locked down by the previously unlocked president meant for the zombies and he has been fighting zombies left and right and then he busted down the door which is the same door we scene in episode eight and the same TV man that got infected thanks two plague doctor and the same TV man when we were attempting to come back to the Titans someone or something hidden and attacked us because the screen glitched for a while or the POV cameraman/plunger man Screen glitched for a while before we hit the ground and we see the same exact TV man

Pretty sure half of titan cameraman’s leg was cut off along with his armor, you can see a better angle at 4:52 of a metal stump. He also sort of jumps around most likely because most of one of his legs got cut off. At about 58 seconds of monsters up 24th episode we can see Titan cameraman jump to get closer to Titan tv.
