Lucknow (/ˈlʌknaʊ/, Hindustani: [ˈləkʰnəuː] Lakhnaū) is the capital and the largest city of the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh and it is also the second largest urban agglomeration in Uttar Pradesh after Kanpur.
Lucknow is famous for street food, and today, we tasted more of the amazing food, including Byrinani and the famous Raheem's Kulcha-Nahari.
Lucknow, a large city in northern India, is the capital of the state of Uttar Pradesh. Toward its center is Rumi Darwaza, a Mughal gateway. Nearby, the 18th-century Bara Imambara shrine has a huge arched hall. Upstairs, Bhool Bhulaiya is a maze of narrow tunnels with city views from its upper balconies. Close by, the grand Victorian Husainabad Clock Tower was built as a victory column in 1881.

1) Basic spices - coriander, garam masala spice ( made out of many spices ), turmeric, red chilli all in powdered form. 2) Raw Spices ( non powdered form ) -black & green cardamom, bay leaves, coriander leaves, cloves, ginger garlic paste, red chilli, black pepper, cumin seeds, cinnamon, mace, curry leaves, star anise ( all in raw form ) ( Spice 1 & 2 is common in all recipe ) 3) Chicken/Mutton/Pav Bhaji/Choley/Sambhar Masala spice ( based on what you are cooking is added to make it taste different ) Spice 2 & 3 are secret spices... Theses are the spices used in almost all recipe.

20:00 you can go inside without guide.... When I went to Lucknow these guide had a fake Nexus which says you have to take guide and they're everywhere.... But I refused and entered into the building...! Authority need to take action against these fraudsters..!

There is a misconception that nonveg is spicy. But a good nonveg is never spicy or chilly, all flavor should comes from masalas used like black paper. Wish if you could visit spice market Delhi its Asia's biggest spicy market. Delhi Recommends: Karims near Jama Masjid its an old 1913 restaurant, famous for nihari,Makhni seek kababs and Briyanis. They also have few lost recipes prepare on special demand. Chandni Chowk Jalebi wala , Dariyaganj resturent in CP for Butter Chicken

Malai makhan / daulat ki chaat/malaiyo all are same process of making with different names and are called differently in different places (luckhnow/delhi/ varanasi/. Asad-ud daula, the nawab of luckhnow was.very fond of food and specially of kababs. Due to his old age age( weeken teeth at old age) the galauti ( melting )kabab was invented. In bada imambara, apart from.masjid, there is bhhulbulaiya (man- made labyrinth) , proper guides are advisable otherwise people get confuse inside.
