I drove 90-minutes up from DE, while I was in the area visiting from NC. Lance was fantastic with helping get me measured, and set-up. Well, except for getting me to cluck like a chicken! LOL

2:52 true fact. When I measured for mine it was two inches off (48 should’ve been 46) on the waist and had to send back with a surcharge of I think $50. Got it back fits perfect. So def check your tape.

The length this is right on for me. I am 6 foot even an exact 24 inch drop. So that's perfect for me

I would love to come to the shop and be fitted and try on a kilt and be shown the proper way to wear it - I mean I know the pleats go in the back - but I'm 6'4" and I just think it would give me more confidence knowing it was it right length and I was wearing it properly

I'm also 6'4", and it definitely pays to be measured. I ended up needing a 26" length.

I want to visit your new store, with any luck this summer. I hope to see you at The Dublin Irish Festival this year. I hope the incident with the rude teenagers here didn't put you off to the point that you may never come back. Maybe they'll find a tree to run into! LOL. Hope springs eternal. There is also the Ohio Ren-Fest in October through November. One of my Co-workers photos is on their website this year. It was his first visit to the Festival and he was chosen. He wore black Samuri armor which turned out to be a first at our Festival. We would love to see you there as well. I am organizing our second outing from work to the Festival this year. I would like my people to meet you. Some of them are of Scottish descent and others are interested in kilts all the same. I hope very much to see you there.

I’ve ordered 3 Kilts from USAK & they are always quick to confirm certain things. On my first Kilt, they questioned the length measurement & were right to do so! Thanks Guyz!!!! I live in Japan, but if I ever get within 6 hours driving time, I’m going by the shop!!!

If you sew for yourself and you are not shure if your tape is accurate, use only this one tapemeasure, so you can eliminate systematic errors. I did this when sewing my first own kilt ( light canvas, 100% cotton) a hell lot of work, but looks sharp. My wife did not believe, that I did so well
