For anyone wondering about Eggman’s “interesting” voice lines, I believe they’re from the Snapcube fan dubs, which are basically just shitposts of a couple of idiots playing Sonic games and spouting absolute nonsense in impressions of the characters. (These same fandubs are the source of iconic lines such as “I miss my wife, Tails” and the infamous “pissing on the moon” bit.)
