We made a HOMEMADE DOG SLING for our BLIND DOG!

After carrying our sweet doggie, Saba (AKA Babe) around in our arms all this week while we're staying in New Jersey with family while our apartment flood is repaired, we decided to get a dog carrying contraption to make it a bit easier to carry her. The pet supply store didn't have exactly what we were looking for, so we bought some fabric to make a dog ring sling (minus the ring). It worked well and we're so happy that Saba seems to enjoy it! We can't wait to try it out on more adventures!

Such a cute solution for carrying Saba around! If you find the cut ends of the fabric starting to fray, you have a few options. Sew a seam (can be done by hand), take it to a tailor to sew a seam, or apply some fray check (easiest, but make sure you’re okay with how it smells first, as it doesn’t come out easily). - Nat ❤

Great turning lemons into lemonade! We unfortunately had some local flooding and I said well at least the salt is cleared off the roads.

I carried my Shih Tzu in a sling when she was old and blind for several years. She loved it. She would turn and try to jump up on me to put her in the sling. Kurt I hear you about being healthier for 2023. I pray everyone is healthier this year also. I will be working on my weight loss journey with you
