This turned out amazing. It really looks like it was always supposed to be harry potter themed. I really loved the added touch with the broken wand. I'm not quite sure what I'd do with a harvester of souls, but it would sure look great next to my wife's and my other horror collectables. lol

This was a fantastic build! Bravo!!! I would make one suggestion, change the victim from Harry Potter to a random student, that way kids who dress up as Harry Potter could pose to act like they are saving the victim (also not be crushed by the death of their hero). Also, if you have multiples of this set, you can recreate the battle at Hogwarts, maybe as part of a Wizarding World party theme.

I can't lie, these videos got me into customizing animatronics a while back. I'm sure I'm not ready for a project as big as this I'm sure I could find a way to make it fit my exorcist themed house. Maybe by reversing the fan/fog to make it look like the girl is getting possessed?

I've always wanted to makeover this one after I saw K&T do their Pharaoh version. The first idea I had was the spirit of an old sea captain getting revenge on a friend who betrayed them but I'd probably come up with something else to make more sense with the rest of my halloween setup.

The finished look of the grey mouth and the shroud around it is insanely cool! It looks amazing guys! If had a harvester of souls I'd def want to customize it. I dont know if it would be anywhere near the level of stuff y'all accomplish but it would be fun to experiment and have a one of kind piece because the fog suck effect is insanely cool.

This is fantastic! Using the chicken wire mesh to have a more horizontal angle really set it apart from classic 'droopy' ghoul style props. Paired later with a low laying fog machine and it's pure heebie-jeebies. I'd make my Harvester of Souls into a Xenomorph from the Alien movie franchise. And have an inner jaw come out during the fog effect. I have an old astronaut costume with a helmet that has a visor that opens so I can use it with bubble wrap to fill it out to make the adult 'host'.

Loved that you painted his face for us! I think it would be cool to try making a Brainsucker from Bloodborne out of this. The tentacles looked kind of translucent in game so I would try adding a vinyl tentacle around where the fog is.

I think I'd try to go the same route and customize it to setup an entire scene with maybe a Ron and Hermione sprawled out on the ground in front of the demontor already drained, smoke and fog all around with maybe some lit smoldering craters to show the aftermath of an epic magic battle.

The project turned out great and the fan to make the down flow is brilliant. I think this was the best part! I have a home haunt hat I wanted to buy this prop for, but it wasn't in the budget. I don't think I would change the theme if I won, but I would definitely want to update the cosruming and painting. I might try the making the mouth smaller because I definitely think it looked better that way.

This is fantastic! Every year I decorate my house Harry Potter themed for Halloween and this is Perfection. Kids in the neighborhood love it, and call us the HP house.
