hahahaha thats funny... i do crossfit so i check out gymnastic ... and what did i see ...sonny webster... amazing .... i did gymnastic when i was 5-15 but in a realy low level :-) and than i was just working out for a few years in a gym...than came to crossfit and weightlifting ... ALL COME TOGETHER and makes sense... Sport and motivation is the KEY for a good live ...sorry for my english ... i am from Austria...greetings Edi
