I love the new bedside tables. The white goes great with the color you painted the walls. Can’t wait to see where you hang y’all’s wedding photos. They are absolutely beautiful. I think y’all will be happy holding off on moving. Y’all put so much time and money into the kitchen and Fab’s office is coming along nicely. Won’t be long until everything is done. I think staying is the right ‘move’ for now because, with the government about to change, it’ll cause the market to fluctuate for a bit… worthwhile waiting for everything to settle a year or so after the new government policies are understandable by banks, mortgage companies, insurance, etc etc.

Poor Ell ! I think financially it’s the right choice , we looked at a new build but with all the add ons it was so expensive, luv your videos & what you’ve done to your bedroom & im not just saying that , see fab us women know we have vision ha ha most of the time 😂, luv watching you both your so normal & make me smile Thankyou for that ❤ also your kitchen is stunning definitely & your little ones luv running around room to room , they are comical 😅xx

Is it worth mentioning you don’t have to exit your mortgage.. you can get a mortgage top up so stay on your existing mortgage… than the difference is additional to existing if makes sense.. on a current rate but can be with same provider

Tip for you guys instead of taking the shopping out of the crates as long as it’s not eggs just tip it out onto the floor rather than grabbing stuff it’s faster more efficient and saves your back

Hi guys we moved into a new build 18 months ago but were still tied into our mortgage for another 2 years so our mortgage broker arranged with Nationwide building society to Passport our mortgage onto our new property and pay no penalties hope this helps
