Mickey looks great in this costume, but it wouldn't be complete without his hat on. Hmmm...I think there should be a magnet inside the bottom which can attach it to his head.

Seriously. Pre-recorded dialogue can only go so far. Universal has freely talking characters, surprised Disney doesn't yet.

😂 ikr technology’s gotten so good over the years, we used to have to meet an unblinking unarticulated Mickey Mouse that didn’t talk at all and moved it’s head in a hyper way. They were more animated though, I still like them both equally for nostalgia reasons

It’s pre recorded, so it was the official voice actor. There used to be occasions where Bret iwan (the official voice actor) would stand in an area close to the park, and would interact live with the guest. Rumor has it that the official voice actor was in the costume, but I don’t believe it considering the fact that Bret is over 6 feet. So yeah he talks with the guest from a distance, but this was like 6-10 years ago
