Re: the pancakes on an induction hob, you can actually make pancakes on an induction hob, add butter or a teaspoon of oil and wait for the butter to melt or the oil to heat up and spread it around the pan. However, many people like using an electric skillet so the pancakes cook more evenly because then you don't have to worry about one side being cooler or hotter. My parents have an electric skillet and they use it only for pancakes, pikelets and fritters for even consistency of the food.

We’ve had an induction hob for 8 years and have no difficulty making pancakes. On shrove Tuesday I cook a minimum of 12 pancakes and they always turn out well

Awe...it touches the heart to see babies reacting to their Nan. 🙂 My grandson who is 15 is 5'10, so the same as me now, and my granddaughter who is 13 is a mini 21 year old, lol. They grow way too fast, I miss the days when I could scoop them up like your Mum does. Enjoy your grandbabies Nana! You can get like hooks for the lights, so they can stay where they are but you put the hooks further over, over the island and you like hook them on so they drape further over. Not sure if that makes sense! Kitchen will be lovely when finished 😊 xx

We make pancakes on an induction hob. We just had to buy an induction frying pan. We have also got a special cleaner for induction hobs because if you have a frying pan and it needs to be extra hot it sometimes marks the hob. You could also get a separate pancake maker which works well.

Ell I ❤ your organization skills! Just an fyi I have also suffered from cold sores for 40+ years now….never on my lips but always on my cheek area. I finally figured it out that severe Sun, such as at the beach, or severe wind triggers it…when I’m faced with Sun at the beach I always put on a chapstick with SPF protection and also do the same if am going to encounter a day of severe winds. I’ve never had it related to stress.

I have an induction hob and we make pancakes all the time. You can make everything normally on there and it gets hot super quick and food stops cooking immediately you switch it off. I will never go back to any other hob. Great vlog as usual x

We had a mix of little round knob handles on cupboards and cup handles on drawers. I quickly learned that little round knobs get caught on pockets of trousers and cardigans.

Firstly, great video and happy birthday to boys . Kitchen looks fab. I had a new kitchen put in 4yrs ago and am now dissapointed with parts of it but can't afford to change it. You're immune system is still catching up after giving birth, stress from wedding , going back to work and of course the weather change , so don't worry , it will, eventually calm down. I have an induction hob and have no problem making pancakes for my grandchildren, just get correct frying pan . Xx

Try lemon balm extract. I put a drop on my finger then apply right to the cold sore. Then I will alternate during the day with antibiotic jell. I totally understand how you feel about them. I have found that citrus fruits will cause me to have a flair up.

I love seeing how happy the boys get when you come home from work. They are so adorable! I can’t wait to see them walking around and playing in your garden come spring time. The kitchen is coming along great. I love the white cabinets. It is so much brighter in your kitchen now. Your Asda stores are exactly like our Walmart stores here in America. My husband is retiring in December and we are trying to downsize. I had a DIY channel but ,when I broke my arm two years ago and The doctor and the Physical therapist cracked the bone again by shoving it into an MRI cylinder it has never been the same. I can’t lift even a drill now. So, that leaves me with an entire room filled with supplies to get rid of. I have to wait until my husband retires though because he will be lifting the boxes with everything in them so we can take it all and donate it. Just catching up with your channel and I work in flooring- you should never put a flooring under your kitchen because you are more likely to change your flooring before your cabinets. If you put the cabinets on top of the floor it’s really difficult to change. You can get the tile screeded over and you can then put a LVT click or glue down flooring. Can help if you need any advice. The kicker boards under the cabinets can be removed then trimmed and put back so flooring just slightly goes under. If you go Glue down you can fit up to your island and not require any trim.

For your cold sores, take L-Lysine tablets,(1000 mg) I take them for my cold sores ,I get them when I'm stressed or have been sick, and the L-Lysine are amazing and they definitely work for me. I always enjoy your videos, thank you for having good content in your videos, well worth watching .. can't wait til the next one comes out and can't wait for the vlogmas ones coming out. I have an induction hob and used it to make the MyProtein pankcakes. Doesn't matter if you have a gass, electric or induction. Can still cook pancakes on it.
