I sold a home in San Antonio for 190k about 6 months ago. Today a house on the same block in similar condition is under contract for 135k. A house that was listed at the same time as mine has reduced their asking price from 180k to 140k within a few months. I think the entry level home market is definitely taking a hit.

The market is slowing way down and it obvious what direction we are headed. Most in the industry are in denial and are just spreading hopium. My buyers will continue to focus on opportunities and being patient. This market isn't for every buyer.
