I think as long as you're not making a mess, breaking stuff or getting in the way of other customers, then most employees don't really give a crap. I'm sure even if it's against store policy most probably turn a blind eye. And even those that are a stickler for rules would most likely give you a warning. The worst, kick you out. I've never heard of a company calling the police over something like that.
