Pretty much all you'd need to make her a true tank is to just increase her health. Yeah, there's other things you could do to her, but realistically that's the biggest thing that would make her a true tank with what she has right now.

Id be more interested in seeing you test this more like the title implies. Just swap brig to the tank role. maybe tweak the health up and hitbox too. Remove the passive healing. And see if you can make an actual composition with her. Maybe do some other examples like making Mei into a tank. If you think these experimental games do better then maybe try more complicated swaps like Rein into Dps, (smaller hitbox, quicker cooldowns, less HP) I always enjoy learning from your videos and seeing what works and what doesn't. So consider adding more constrained switches to heroes. If that makes sense

This gave me the idea that Blizzard could just make different versions of the same heroes to play one other role. This would be a good way to filler in between new characters and you could balance it by making it so a team can't have 2 of the same character. Brig as a Tank, Mei as a Tank, Doom as a DPS(again), Moira as a DPS(officially), Kiriko as a DPS(officially), Soldier as a support, Symmetra as a support, etc. They don't need new kits, just adjustments to the current ones, like Syms beam heals her team as well or Moira's heal orb is lowered a lot but piss spray does shotgun like damage instead. I also don't know why they won't just do this same kind of thing for some of the maps. Like making the payload go the opposite direction for starters, and eventually having a different path. Like kings row pve side. That's exponentially more content with less effort than making things from scratch and just as entertaining. Edit: Easier said than done, I know.

Imo this'd be a great arcade mode, less good as part of the actual game, since, for example, seeing a moira on the enemy team would leave you wondering what role she is, but as part of an arcade mode you'd be playing for the confusion and chaos, like with total mayhem or low gravity

echo as a supporttt, i feel like echo as a support with syms healing turrets she had from an old experimental even if we cant do that, it would be cool. Or her focusing beam healing instead of damaging so its a burst of good healing but requires good tracking of teammates during that moment. Even tho once again i dunno if any of that can be done but still its a cool idea to think about. As well as having her sticky bombs do a decent chunk less damage but do more damage to deployable and shields slightly (and by more damage i mean slightly more than the current dps echo sticky bomb also maybe a second or so longer on sticky cooldown, with duplicate being left how it is and flight how it is except maybe very slightly less damage on primary or a lil off of primary and for the sake its a fly support maybe flight would need a slightly longer cooldown? Maybe not, or could have 25 or 50 of their health replaced with shield health. With current support passive wouldnt really need it tho im sure that would be too strong so ig that idea is more for if support passive was changed or removed

My ideas: Pharah as a tank. She already has a tank-appropriate CC ability, can use that ability and her movement to tankily protect her teammates. Just add some HP. Echo as a support. Stickybombs would heal instead of dealing damage.
