And you don't have to sleep behind a screen anymore (beautiful tho the screen was)! I heard that it is cooler this year than it normally is in SMA. We didnt know we were going to move until we were boots on the ground there in San Miguel visiting. It felt like home to us. Yes, no more sleeping behind the screen. 🙌🏾! LOL! We can't wait to share more about San Miguel.

I’ve learned not having ac is best in PV so you can acclimated and go out in the day! And don’t have the high power bill! But I’m happy you love SM⭐️🧜🏻‍♀️🫶🏽✨🇲🇽 I need the beach 🏝️

Being a realtor is just a glamorous title. The income is not guaranteed. The income is not consistent. The income, if you're not a broker, has to be split. Hopefully. Just once. Also, who pays advertising for your listings. Who pays your annual fees especially when you're not having any closings. Who pays for your gas while showing homes, and you haven't closed anything in months. Also, what do you do if you have a closing. You're behind on everything. You need your money the day of the closing, but your broker only pays on the 15th and 30th. Coach Adams don't talk about that part either of being a realtor, either but being one sounds good. Right

I think my body is still adjusting. I can really feel it when I'm walking up these hills. Other than that it feels really good during the day. Mornings and nights are chilly but not heavy coat chilly.

Expensive is relative. It’s cheaper than Puerto Vallarta.

I prefer colonial cities high up in the mountains over beach cities .I don't like high humidity ,sometimes it's better to get places that are already furnished so if you move all you have to do is pretty much pack up your clothes and personal belongings.I do understand that sometimes you prefer to buy your own thing to your liking.

Thank you for your comment. We are finding that if you are slow traveling it is best to rent something furnished but if you have found a place that you are calling home for a longer period of time you may want to rent something that you can live in comfortably.
