Because what the Church REALLY needs is MORE division. That will truly help further the Gospel of Christ… Father Kelly is a Man of God, truly. Who am I to say otherwise. Only God knows hearts. I’m just so grateful that Jesus only associated and spread the Gospel to the “holiest people” of that time. It’s so great that He only dined with the chief priests and scribes. The rest of the sinners were so unworthy. Those filthy swine… How dare the Holy Father speak with those in most need of the Gospel, and God’s mercy. Saints in heaven, pray for us!! Man tends to ruin everything! The devil is a liar!!!

This Priest is spot on. He is a Man of GOD. Glad someone is speaking out. I bet this Priest would not give Biden Holy Communion. Listen, he is preaching the truth. Yes, it might disturb you or shack you up, but this guy is being lead by the Holy Spirit. Sometimes we all need a good pruning, so the Lord will reveal himself to each of us. Sermons are for instructions. They are always not to make you comfortable. Bless you Father. We all need a good pruning. Like a fruit tree, we will blossom , once pruned so we can grow in the Lord.

This is the priest I pray to become. My spiritual advisor told me that if 80% of your parish isn't bothered by what ypu preach, then you're not preaching the Gospel!!! Jesus rose people from the dead, healed leapers, made the blind see and the deaf hear....and they crucified Him within 2 years! People either loved and worshipped Him, or hated Him! Thank you Fr. Kirby. I understand fully what you’re talking about because I witnessed this in my area. My parish takes pride in being an enormously vibrant parish to the point that sometimes I feel like am in a three ring circus. Yoga was being practiced in our parish with the blessing from our pastor. Thatch’s until I said something and now it’s known as “stretching” exercises. The Sunday bulletin reads like a magazine with multiple pages full of activities, clubs, outings, ministries galore etc., etc.

Father, please come to Blessed Sacrament R C Church in Valley Stream NY. The last time I was there a guest speaker, introduced by Father Lawerence, gave a speech about “diversity”. To improve their need for diversity, I do not go there anymore. Keep savings souls Father, and getting vocations, too. You are truly walking in the footsteps of Jesus!

There's a shortage of priests because they have all been promoted to become bishops so they can order seminarians and newly ordained priests to be obedient to them. How diabolical is that ! Sad 😥

What do you mean? I actually don't understand your comments. I'm from Australia too ...yes, there are lots of Vietnamese priests but I find them difficult to understand and their homilies are very poor. They don't tend to be very theological or challenging in their sermons. I've had to find another local church.

I agree Christ should be the center of EVERYTHING in one’s life, and work. But division and discord is NOT of God. Saints in Heaven, intercede for us. Holy Mary, pray for us. Pray for our Holy Father. Everyone is angry because the Pope had a meeting with some LGBTQABCEFG individuals. Why? Did not Christ sit and dine with those who “the holy people” of that time said weren’t worthy? Does anyone claim to know what is in those people’s hearts? We are quick to condemn, then look down our holy noses at those we think aren’t worth of the Gospel. We must be careful we don’t become like the Pharisees. Division is the work of Satan. Tradition, Tradition, Tradition!!!! What is tradition? It is a “doctrine believed to have divine authority, though not in the scriptures”. Tradition is OF MAN. Who is man to speak FOR GOD! We must pray for our Church!!!
