Tariq ibn Shihab reported: Umar ibn al-Khattab, may Allah be pleased with him, said, “Verily, we were a disgraceful people and Allah honored us with Islam. If we seek honor from anything besides that with which Allah honored us, Allah will disgrace us.”

No pride , not even in the matter of islam, because pride is a state of the heart displeasing to Allah ta’ala, pride is haraam. It is narrated on the authority of 'Abdullah that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) observed: He who has in his heart the weight of a mustard seed of pride shall not enter Paradise” insaan means forgetful, a muslim is constantly changing his state of heart, his faith is moving up and down, he is a sinner, sometimes he can be lazy, tied , insaan is weak, and also we live in a ummah which is scum , full of sects and evil, and corruption. What pride ? We only have honour in islam. May Allah ta’ala bless and reward the shiekh , but he should of said honour in islam, izzah doesnt mean pride, izzah means respect and honour .

@@truthtobetold9816 pride in any form or aspect or shape or form inside and outside of religion is haraam, my tawheed is within my Al wala wal bara, why does anyone need a tawheed lesson ? Tawheed is to believe in the oneness of Allah ta’ala , Allah ta’ala has mentioned the oneness of himself ta’ala in the quran iver 20 times , If Allah ta’ala has given me tawfeeq , direct guidance then why do i need a lesson on that? The word tawheed was not even used in one hadith, its not mentioned by the sahabah radhi Allahanhu, or the prophet alayhi salaam , or any of the early generations. Show me one hadith from the salaf which mentions tawheed ? And splitting into 3 or 4 catagories . Rather if you have al wala wal bara you autonatically possess tawheed, when you love and hate for the sake of Allah ta’ala you clearly have tawheed, you clearly love all the names of Allah ta’ala and worship Allah ta’ala . To believe in the oneness of Allah ta’ala is not accepted , or worth anything without al wala wala wal bara , even the one who made the book kitaab at tawheed mentions this Muhammad bin Abdul Wahhab, may Allah have mercy on him, said: A person’s Islam will not be accepted even if he is a monotheist and singles out Allah Almighty (tawheed) and abandons polytheism, unless he is hostile (hatred) to the polytheists and the enemies of Allah. " Also Abdullah bin umar said: “By Allah, if I fasted the whole day without eating, and prayed all night without sleep, and spent all my wealth in the path of Allah, I would die on the day of my death, and there is no love in my heart for those who obey Allah, nor hatred in my heart for those who disobey Allah, none of this will benefit me at least” There is no benefit to prayer, zakah, hajj , umrah, sadaqah, fasting, knowledge on all shariah and fiqh amd seerah etv etv if one doesnt possess Al wala wal bara . Rather it is Al wala wal bara that proves you believe in the onesness of Allah ta’ala , tawheed was not taught or mentioned to the ansar and the muhahiroon, this word tawheed was didnt even exist untill recently, some claim it is a bidah , rububiyaj, uluhiyyah and asma was siffat, rather to even try and explain the siffat of Allah ta’ala , Allah ta’ala has more siffat than just in his ta’alas names, the who study is bidah . Millions of muslims passed before this stufy of tawheed came, the best of generations passed without studying this new study tawheed, men and women promised jannah, are they all not good muslims ? They all possessed Al wala Wal bara “dear”You think the mahdi will care rububiyah and uluhiyyah ra ta ta , he will be looking for men of women of Al wala wal bara , it is tbe the essence of faith, not this study innovation in The religion tawheed. At-Tabaraani narrated from Ibn ‘Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: “The strongest bond of faith is taking believers as allies and friends for the sake of Allah and to regard disbelievers as enemies for the sake of Allah, to love for the sake of Allah and hate for the sake of Allah (al wala wal bara) may He be glorified and exalted.” Classed as saheeh by al-Albani in Saheeh al-Jaami‘ as-Sagheer, no. 2539.. The shiekh is not infallible, he grew up in medina where this study was shoved down tbe throats and spread through the middle east , but uqsim billah medina or not , the sahabah are better than the shiekh, umar is better than thr shiekh, abu bakr is better than the shiekh , the best of generations are better than the shiekh, yes the shiekh is ahlul haqq, may Allah ta’ala reward him, but show me one hadith , one saying of the early generations, or even the belover prophet that mentioms the word tawheed and splitting the onesness into 3 or actually recently another catagory got added so 4 , do away with this study, Allah ta’ala will guide those he subhaana huwa ta’ala loves from that which will not benefit their dunyah and akhirah, pride is haraam, its not allowed, honour is what we have .
