NGCDF should be directed to free basic and higher education. This excuse of mps saying that there giving bursary should end. We know of cases of PAs nd cronies of mps in constituencies offices who demand for sex from woman who normally go to those offices almost daily to beg for only 3k bursary which is not even enough. So no one should ever beg or be misused bcoz of their children education.
