Flip flops a must in the shower.. as for sand in the van get the boys to use a soft brush before entering for the feet . Works a treat for us and not forgetting the cordless hoover 😊 have a safe journey and a fabulous holiday x

We got the hang of that, and even joined in flashing and warning oncoming cars of police checks, but this was way beyond that. We were getting flashed excessively when there were no police checks and when we were miles from any towns

Hi, there is a free car park in a place called * Cape Ghir* as soon as you pass the The lighthouse on your right hand side, it's about 1hour away or so before you get to Agadir. And you will also find a cliff where you can spend a night there for free just about 20 kilometres away from Taghazout, the view is quite spectacular. You will see so many campervans spending days in there, it's pretty safe. Sunset is absolutely magnificent. Greetings from Casablanca

Great another two camp sites I’ll be visiting. Essaouira is one of my favourite Moroccan cities. Be careful driving in Marakesh I call it the City of wasps cos of the mad moped drivers, families of four are not uncommon on those mopeds. Try the big bus tour, I’m a great fan of these and in Marakesh it might get yiu out of the heat for a while. To cool of head into the mountains, I maybe in the mountains for paragliding, I’m going to be looking out for you knowing you’re in the area.

Oh boy we do have two things in common! I too want all my chores completed before I chill that’s the same in the house too. Plus wouldn’t dream of going to bed with sandy feet - yuck 😖 I do admire you doing your stretching exercises; I need to too but never do! We lived in the Middle East for 30 years so know all about toilets! I do admire and envy you all for doing such fantastic road trips. My husband I started doing road trips in a motorhome only a few years ago, we are thoroughly enjoying them. Take care, cheers

Lindsey, we are just back from France/ Germany/ Switzerland and Italy and every wash cost between £4-6! A dry was about £4 - not that you needs this with the lovely warm and windy weather on this site! Loving the videos and the way you actually enjoy having a good clean up of the floors in your MH - Im the same - no 3 kids but 1 dog! 😊

Hi guys following as usual, we are in Kampina Orio northern Spain, Wednesday Jan very like Lynds deep cleaned the wash room then Thursday today has deep cleaned the lounge / bedroom area as in hoovered and washed the floors Just had a shower and now making a cup of tea well deserved. Have saw rain for the first time in 7 weeks lovely and a thunder storm make you feel clean.

Oh, I so understand the sand on your feet. When I go for a swim at the beach, I fill an empty water bottle with sea water and wash my feet off when I get back to my sun bed. Just can’t lie there with sand on me. Ridiculous I know. 😂

Take a little bottle of baby talc with you in your beach bag - shake that on your feet when you get back to your sun bed - all the sand will be off in no time -far quicker than water!

Really enjoy your channel and have been an avid follower for a long time. Very interested in your comment re the Dometic 12V compressor fridge. I have been disappointed with mine, which is a similar size to the one you fitted. The general Freezer temperature hovers around -10°C and occasionally drops to -12°C the fridge between 3-6 °C. This is in England. Next week we are off to Italy till the end of September and I am not sure that the fridge will cope with the higher ambient temperature. Can I ask what temp your freezer is running at?

We fitted a Thetford fridge freezer and ours is way beyond freezing so have had to turn it down

You say come to that campsite I’d love to my partner and daughter would love that pool 👌👌 BUT I can’t even get to hire a vw camper because it’s so short notice for four days in September because it’s my partners (Lindsay) birthday 😢 We normally go once a year to Blackpool to see the lights so just thought it’d be something different for us to but the hire company can’t accommodate us 🫤 8-11 of September but I did leave it to late!! Don’t suppose you no anybody that knows anybody that could help? Or anyone that is reading this!! We live on the outskirts of Sheffield uk …… Anyway safe travels and keep posting 👋👌👌👌👌😉 it’s not looking great for next year as we’re looking at prices in school term wow how expensive it is😕😕 my daughter starts school beginning of September as she’s only four so I don’t want her to have time off Take care on your travels j

I steve we got down as far as Gibraltar my wife was frightened to go to Morocco she said it’s not safe We are in Amadria park camping Sibenik Croatia Kept off motorways but Slovinia and Croatia roads are the worst I have ever driven on for potholes and vibration It’s shakes my 649 that much that the top hinge has broken. Can’t see how to fix it Did the grid Glockner you can stay on top by the restaurant now Did your fridge door hung break on your Croatia trip? Morocco next year for us maybe if we ritzier next year Your trip looks good Sorry to see you damage your van. Dam steve never trust no one. They are definitely known as Turkish toilets by us and many others, however we did hear some people from Belgium refer to them as French toilets a week or so ago, so I guess it varies but they are generally known as squatting toilets.

It’s not complex, it’s quite simple really, but powerful and it allows us to to run our air conditioner overnight whilst off grid.
