if you stay out of the twin cities it's a nice state. the taxes are very high. one of the worst states for taxes.

Feliz Domingo Eduardo. Eagan is a very good choice for that AND one of the highest rated schools we have. Burnsville is even more diverse and worth looking into as well, though arguably the schools aren't rated as high.
