I understand your perspective on Scoot and from the outside looking in, just looking at the numbers and percentages, it certainly can appear this way. But, if you're a Blazer fan who knows more about Scoot than those outside of Blazer land and who has seen all of his games, etc., you know it's not nearly this bleak with Scoot. He still has all the promise and potential he had the day he was drafted, it's only taking longer to get there than the consensus had initially assumed. He's coming along and he will be fine. But you're right in that within the current context with who he is surrounded by and with the coaching he's had, his developmental curve has been impacted In a re-draft the only player I would have taken both then or now ahead of Scoot would have been one of the Thompson twins, first Amen, then Ausar. But, that didn't happen and most of us fans have accepted Scoot and have embraced him.

The problem Podz has had in year 2 is not that complicated: the warriors added players at his position, and he's struggled with illness and injury for a bit. The influx of depths has affected all the young players on the team. Moses Moody is playing less, Podz is playing less, Kuminga is coming off the bench. It's not just that the warriors added Heild and Waters in the offseason, it's that veteran GP2 is finally healthy and finally playing again after being hurt for the better part of 2 years. The warriors young players are fine and on pace, nothing more than the ups and downs of being a young player.

Brooks and FVV are good seniors and they are leading the team well however I feel more minutes should be given to the young guns....Not forgetting the 2 Bigs, Landale and Adams..
