Thank you so much for doing this! My boyfriend has CF he was diagnosed at 3 years old when his lung collapsed in the bath. He grew up inside the hospital, and was told he wouldn’t make it to 14. But thankfully, his now 23 years old and healthy as ever! Medicine really has come so far and I’m grateful everyday ❤️

I was born in Leeds hospital in 1991 (old) and needed emergency surgery for a condition that basically no-one in the north of England had any experience with. They were amazing, I'm now a perfectly healthy and completely irritating millennial 💁🏻‍♀️ love that you did this Brad, you're a good egg ❤️

My husband has CF and he had a double lung transplant in 2017. Great idea for donations, I know the CF units nationwide all need more funding.

Aww, this is so lovely. I was born with a shitty pair of lungs myself. Not CF (just underdeveloped useless ones). But a friend of mine, she has CF... so growing up I saw her weighing her food, taking her meds and occasionally getting her back beaten to move the mucus from her lungs. I'm glad Mad is doin' good now. And hopefully better life prolonging treatments are in her future ❤

That was so sweet! I wish I could do that. I did buy a few stuffed animals today for a hockey game that does a Teddy Bear Toss event where they let you throw stuffed animals on the ice. They are donated to hospitals, fire and police departments, and charities.
