I've used instacart a few times and it's confusing as hell. It's the company's fault, for sure. The first time, there was no clear way to chat. Now it's a toss up, I was getting texts and notifications on the app so my shopper and I end up playing tag. 🤷🏼‍♀️ As far as the tipping part goes, I had read that some companies were keeping a chunk from the employees so I lowballed it last time (since I had cash to tip) and I would rather give it to them. That explains why nobody wanted to shop my order😂!

Thanks for your review but more can be made with Amazon flex with less hours worked. I tried instacart for a couple days not bad but the distance driven can add up real fast and their customer service lacks.
