Sam, you kept your promise. I have been waiting for this - forever. It looks amazing and your other half, I'm sure, is so proud of you. What a treat to see the finished product! This is not only a store for him but a second home and you can say you did it with your skill set. What a great treat! Incidentally, just so you know, I still LOVE the MAS epoxy products you recommend as well as the cutting board product. I'm glad when you recommend products, you don't do it for cash flow but because you believe in them. Also love the caulk epoxy as well. Super easy to use! Ingenious idea of the tips to prevent you from ruining the caulk. Granted you have to buy more tips but cheaper than new epoxy caulk.

Looks awesome! You did put insulation back up, around the HVAC, correct? Not sure what climate you live in, maybe it's not a huge issue. But, hot air rises. The air that will come out of the HVAC will be effected by the air temp around it, if it's not insulated. You might want to rethink that. It's very common to paint that insulation black.
