The authentic momo arent eaten with mayonnaise actually. They give u chicken or veg based soup on side and yeah the momo"s outer layer sud be thin and it sud be juicy inside with mild spices. generally in city areas they put lots of spices and the momo layer is not as thin. authentic momo can be found in pahadi areas of india i think. Darjelling and himachal pradesh and all. ✌️
