I been on MSC 4 times no problems BUT this August on Seaside was the worst, From customer service to the food in the dinning room l don't know what happened this time there is not enough paper to write my comments But am going to try them again they need to get some more Chefs.

It is important to go to your muster station. The reason they ask you to go is in the case of an emergency you don’t want to start looking for where is my muster station. It is definitely a safety issue. I realize it may feel like an inconvenience to go there after watching the safety video. But you do not want to look for your muster station when it is chaotic if there is an issue on the ship. Also, remember that MSC is a discount cruise line. If you go on a more expensive cruise line, they will serve you differently than on a discount cruise line. That is because they have more money to give you better quality food, and more staff to give you better service. We do prefer celebrity which is an amazing cruise line, but it costs a lot more than MSC. So we do like to cruise on MSC also when we want to do a quick getaway for less money. It’s sort of like if you want to go to a really high-end restaurant or if I want to go to Burger King. Enjoyed your video. Hope you continue to enjoy a Cruising.

We have taken almost 20 cruises in the past 2 years. We understand the muster process and the reason they require it. Our purpose is to show our viewers the differences in our experiences on different cruise lines. We have cruised high to low including Disney and Celebrity. So we are well aware. We'd had a range of experiences. This muster was just by far the worst. We will continue to cruise and enjoy. We hope you do as well! 😊

Love MSC 5 cruises with them. Beautiful and Elegant Ships. I am also a Platinum Member on Princess and MSC status matched. MSC Falls between Carnival and Princess for experience. My last Princess cruise I went on was extremely boring. No night life whatsoever, therefore we chose to sail MSC again. I would love to see MSC compete with Virgin Cruises and put out an ADULT only cruise ship as there is a market for it.

First of all, great video and also great from our perspective as an African American family. (Wash clothes and hair care lol) Through research , I have realized the vaunted Yacht Club is more accessible than it may seem. Maybe for 500 more than y’all paid. The entertainment seemed uninteresting but the different sections of the ship looked beautiful. The fear felt by Mrs. Parker translated well on film and I empathized with you as my wife would more than likely react the same . Food looked like a bootleg Golden Corral in the buffet and main dining was giving $15.99 a plate vibes. I have seen videos with much better options in yacht club so that might be a good solution. The iced water man was rude and lives up to what I have heard about some of OUR experiences on MSC. The room seemed cool, why do you want the room to be hot, idk… turn that AC up😂 bed looks small. Really like your luggage and shirts, most of all I appreciate the fact that I can tell y’all really love each other and enjoy each other. I wondered how my reserved educator wife and I would have fun on the ship but I see a path now. I don’t drink but I definitely am on a cruise to catch that vibe. Thank y’all so much for the attention to detail in the video and sharing your experience.

We bring our own hot sauce and seasoning on every cruise ship. I also only book the yacht club on MSC, you still need the hot sauce! The ships are beautiful and for the price we will book them. The would have hated us, I would have made them serve me!

I grab a drink out of the mini bar, take a seat on the patio and wait to be called to our muster station, no big deal, things are not that serious...lol, Ditto on the dining room, I skip the dining room on MSC, and it's a shame but not worth it, food isn't very good. Many have expressed this to MSC, hopefully it will eventually get better.

That Part. I actually was on this exact trip with them. The part where they sat around useless because there was no remote took me out, as if they couldn’t press the button. They were actually on my SAME floor 15 as well, I saw there cabin Stewart daily , he was even crazier then they were asking to check after they obviously did. I’m st the bridge part now… I’m glad to see they worked it out together .

We didn't sit around useless we had other things going on besides sitting there waiting for a remote. Also, the TV was unplugged and amongst other things going on. We only saw the cabin steward once and that was when we asked for the remote. Also because we don't just sit in our cabin the whole cruise. Please try not to judge bits and pieces of what WE show you.
