Not viral enough. His priority is on making videos that go viral, so that he makes money that can do this sort of stuff. I do wished that he had an additional channel where he actually went into detail about that stuff, but that would take time away from his other videos. But maybe hire someone to do it? Of course, if you were to be cynical, you would say that it isn't long form, and focuses on remote places of the world, because he doesn't actually follow through with his stated actions. But that's perhaps a bit too cynical, when you do have him just throwing money around like it's no one's business.

As someone living in the Philippines with a Congenital Heart Disease, I was on the waitlist in a public hospital from a city that is about 260 km from where this video has been shoot. Fortunately for me, I was able to gather funds from my families and relatives and paid for a surgery from a private hospital which costs me more than $7000, for an average Filipino, that amount is already very huge. My surgery is done but the hospital where I was in waitlist still hasn't called me or sending updates about the schedule. This is the reality on the healthcare sector in the Philippines. It is very grim. I just wanna thank you for doing things like this and making the world a better place.

My son was born with bilateral club foot so this video touched me personally. It’s completely curable with treatment and it breaks my heart to know children around the world cannot access the medical care necessary to fix it. I don’t see how people can give MrBeast a bunch of crap all day. Yea, he doesn’t upload all too often, but the reason why is more than worth it. He is able to help out hundreds if not thousands of people from across the world, just by staying in NC. I’m gonna be real right now. If he didn’t upload anything besides philanthropy videos, I would still stay here. I watch each video multiple times over to make sure that there is a lot of funding from views to keep doing amazing stuff like this. The reason these kids walk like a kangaroo is because they have developed without treatment for many years as they require even improper movement to live day to day.
