I'm guessing you didn't hear about the XP bug. That's what caused this. People were getting like an extra 75,000 XP per game. Also, everyone was getting extra club bags, which is why so many clubs already have everything unlocked. It has now been patched.

The max level thing was a xp glitch, Ea fixed it a couple patches ago.

I was prestige 1 lvl 15 and after one game it jumped me to prestige 3 lvl 38

You're intro made it seem like EA intended to break the XP system. They broke it, then fixed it a week later. I think some junior programmer at EA missed a decimal point in their code somewhere and broke it, and apparently wasn't found in testing? I don't know how anyone could miss that, but they did.

I went from level 42 to p4 level 23 in about half a week
