I think the Bosse's attacks are coded to be have weak knockback. Else they would probably be too difficult to beat for a casual player, as it's hard to avoid them entirely. You'd basically just lose at high percent.

Then you have Taboo in Brawl with his ultimate move that kills you at borderline 20%

honestly wish this was an option in the base game, playing as bosses is a really fun concept and it's kinda sad that the game teases us with the playable master hand in WoL and then never gives us the option to play as him ever again

I think you might be right like if you get a boss that can make a lot of damage and combine it with someone with good knockback it could potentially get a good distnace

Takes 5 second to do a move that does 30% and the bag doesn't even flinch: "Wow!" Punches the bag to 0 km: "we have a new record!" They really managed to get their standards low.

Based on what was happening to Master and Crazy Hand I'm guessing the reason the Dharkon super launch crashes is possibly due to Dharkon dying being put of screen and that results in a crash for some reason, possibly due to it trying to trigger another cutscene on top of the launch one.

Against bosses you play in a small stage, if they would have decent knockback it would be close to impossible lol

Tabuu is from brawl unfortunately, but it's wing attack does have a lot of knockback I think. I remember it being an Insta kill

Dracula's Enrrgy Spiral Attack is only op against Bosses, because one: the Bosses have a huge Hitbox and two: the Bosses are not effected by Knockback, which causes them to stay there and get hit by multple Projectiles Passing through, the Sandbag is however effected by Knockback, Therefore Dracula's Spiral attack, which is op against Bosses if they are in the right place at the right time, wont have the multi hit effect against those which Actually are effected by Knockback.

It might work better if you handicap boost them. They are coded so they don't launch players far but the handicap system might override it

Stupid question here: is it possible for someone much smarter than me to explain how you make anything like this possible?
