Yeah if I remember correctly, the worlds actually work like a donut. That is because you can map a thorus (donut) into a plane, thus making it compatible with the voxels, but it wraps around like a sphere.

it is blessed thats what it is a great community, open source, bunch of mods, bunch of textures, bunch of servers, all free and easy as going into the tab inside the launcher and selecting and you can do shaders and even implement your own code and do your own stuff google even used it for an enigma some time ago i think it is not cursed at all

i wish minecraft could be modded to the extent of minetest.. that would allow for some REALLY insane things like this.. also i found this really cool mod called valkyrien skies, its meant for creating airships but the mod adds this block called the physics infuser which you can use to make some really cursed things.. like you can put it on a beacon and tilt it at a 45 degree angle.. you can also fully interact with physics blocks too liek opening doors or opening chests

You can mod Minecraft more than Minetest, this is actually a patch of minetest rather than a mod, it works similarly to the way original Minecraft was modded with jar modding. Thus good luck getting more than a few patches. (Ofc that's a simplification, for one Minetest is open source and in C++)

btw, ur actually playing on a horosphere basically, since you are mapping a euclidean plane into H3 geometry you are just making the negative curvature cancel out so much that its like an sphere, so if you were to mine down the world enough you would see in the bottom, infinite copies of your world, also very cool vidoe :D
