just in regards to Hexbolt companion, the champion who has hexbolt, generates stacks on hit, at 2 stacks a bolt will fire from the champion that DOESNT have hexbolt, and it will apply the onhit effects of the champion who doesnt have it.

i dont think attack speed shard increase the spins for garen, attack speed runes on normal game dont increase and the description of E says that only increase via items and level attack speed

Guys may you Play Ap thresh(with empyrian promise+ Zohnia+Jewled gauntlet) and a peeling tank. The rational of this build that thresh deals massive damage while being able to peel himslef (with Q,E and zohnia) and his tank peels him when he activates empyrian promise.
