Fastest Man Alive Comp: Take Hecarim or Singed, I'd say Rammus but that probably wouldn't be as viable- stick a Yuumi on him, grab a Zilean and a Karma and a Lulu...zoom? For a more viable comp, Annie's molten shield also gives 50% ms at max level and I think Jayce accel gate gives 40%. Or even Kled for the 650 MS ult.
