Had this on while watering my plants and it was so eye opening to be reminded of the importance of rest and how the paradox of over-working can lead to no productivity. So crazy how the disturbance of our circadian rhythms leads to so many problems, both within ourselves (mentally, physically, and emotionally) as well as in our societal structures. Really wonder how the world would respond if people chose to slow down and prioritize their health - a shame that money rules. Sorry for the long post, but I really enjoyed this! Over the last year i regularly sleep 10-11 hours. It’s amazing! Im kind of addicted. ❤️. And i bought candles. They really do have a calming effect.
