No you easily could plan that. You can litterally just spawn in a creeper in creative mode with an egg or in survival mode with a spawn command and then pretend like it was already there and make it blow up. You can also use commands to disable command notifications so it doesn't show any commands you use in the chat so the other guys can't see what your doing.
