Honestly what Dae Hwi said about mental health in the music industry in Korea really spoke to me. I’ve been through so many emotional spirals because apparently my appearance or my talent “isn’t good enough”. I train day and night to perfect my singing and dancing; I also exercise hard to keep a fit body. But there will always be something that people don’t like about me. Then today while watching this Dae Hwi made me realize that putting my mental health first is the best thing to do especially dealing with a stressful industry like music and or the entertainment industry.
