I can confirm that the rumble was not rigged. I watched an AI rumble and Damian Priest came in at 3 and lasted till the final 4. I was completely surprised by it because I don't recall AI ever lasting that long

It's probably because in this game you can regenerate your life bar unlike in the older games where if you lasted that long, you'd instantly lose from hitting the ropes because your health is super low.
