The way the relic drops in Lucky Sevens work is that all relic drops from enemies replace food items. In Bounty Hunter, we removed all of the food, but the Lucky Sevens preset just let's the food spawn normally.

There are only two scenarios I want to see so badly with this randomizer setting. The first is "DB starts with all five Vlad Relics & beelines it to Dracula", while the second is "All of the Vlad Relics are behind both Clock Tower puzzles", if only to see him lose his mind over not finding any of them before realizing that his only remaining options are the Clock Towers.
