0:34 this matters a whole lot more than he thought! there's a hidden aim assist mechanic in peggle that subtly guides new players into hitting better shots. its dubbed "micro zen" by the community due to its similarity to master hu's zen ability. it starts INCREDIBLY strong at the very beginning, and as you progress further through the game it wears off little by little. so if you're using an existing profile in the race, you could be at a massive disadvantage since you lack the powerful aim assist given to new players.

Peggle is unironically my favorite game of all time, and I hope more people get into playing it from this. I recently set a new pb of 1 hour 37 minutes and I recommend anyone who has an interest in playing the game fast to try speedrunning it. its an absolute blast (especially if you have a very long playlist of music to go with it)
