Hi, Annika, LA is a fantastic city with lovely weather but it has gone downhill over the years because of increasing rents as well as a growing homeless population (Skid Row)! It used to be a dream lifestyle in the past but not today!!

True, a lot of cities have gone downhill though including cities in the Bay Area where I live now. I’m drawn toward LA because of its location, weather, the amount of friends I already have down there, the creative vibe it has, and the mix of city and beach lifestyle. It may not be perfect but what is? 🤷🏼‍♀️

@@annika_helmer Yes, LA is more preferable than SF but Skid Row is growing. Therefore, Orange County would be the best alternative if you're planning on staying in CA.
