Compound Eyes + Specs hurricane is wild though. mega pidgeot is also base 135 spatk and 121 speed. If there was a nat dex AAA format, this thing would be crazy.

I love how well the comps lined up. Groudon vs Kyogre, Rayquaza vs Mewtwo, Salamance vs Altaria (as both are gen 3 dragons). It is fun when it lines up that way.

The Pokémon that I think should've gotten Megas, besides Flygon: The Unova starters, Hydreigon, the Kalos starters, Talonflame and Goodra. I couldn't pick just one. It's not fair that Greninja got the special treatment in the anime and that Chesnaught and Delphox got nothing. I find it interesting that they chose Audino to get a Mega.

I'm absolutely not biased when I'm saying Marowak needs a Mega desperately... they could give it Huge Power as an ability so it doesn't loose out on the Thick Club boost while still getting the 100 additional BST, they could give it something else to make it less of a beatstick and more of a regular mon with maybe a slightly different niche from regular Marowak, they could do some interesting stuff here!
