I went to 3 CVS in my city. And found all the stuff you show. But all of it was full price. I did find backpacks and girls hair ties. I scanned a bunch of summer stuff, all full price. They had tons of fans, full price though. I thought when one store clearanced out, they all do. That's how I have seen it.
