Good evening all, Nice to see you back on our screens, With the van have you thought about getting it wired so it plugs into the car lights instead of the ones you currently use ? Hope your planned trips work out. Have you looked into CAMC for warden jobs great sites country wide and ones we always use, we feel like you as a family would be brilliant wardens 😊. I've just start the same fasting I'm on day 2 just about to finish my 8 hrs been OK slight headache 🙃 I'm same gently doing it 😊

I will im not missing out carbs just eating normal food just intermittently . My friend recommended because I suffer with ibs a nutritionist told her its good to let your gut rest so I thought il have a go.

We’ve got same problem with our fridge, it needs a good extra push after you’ve closed it. Unfortunately ours hasn’t got an alarm to tell us it’s not closed probably so we’ve had several nasty shocks!

Great vlog guys sounds like exciting plans for 2024 been as far as Spain in the van a couple of times to get away from the cold over the winter months to be honest with all these low emissions zones have to watch as it a 07 plate even he in the uk I have always found the wiring on most motorhomes has issues with water ingestion the lights on my roller team need cleaned now and again ordered some new rinder lights for the back bumper when I get the new one fitted it's a 2 man job lol started a 3 month contract at lemac in haddington last week building the acorn stairlift worked there a good few years back it snowing at the moment nice and cosy in the van it sitting in lemac back carpark so I just fall out off bed then walk to work lol hope you had a good Christmas and new year guys say hi to jimbob and julie for me 😊
