Cheah saying he saw a ghost than describes sleep paralysis is not seeing a ghost. I get sleep paralysis often and have had it for decades. It's got to the point where I just say where I want to be massaged more from the weight you feel on your back. It used to be terrifying cause it feels like something is literally crushing you. when you get used to it and you know when it's happening and you can interact and make it not scary. Had one time where I said lock the door when you leave as I watched a shadow figure enter my room unable to move. Obviously it's not verbally said. He is right though it feels like your eyes are open and you can see everything but obviously you don't know if your eyes are actually open or if you are just dreaming it all from memory.
