I’m not pregnant nor trying to right now but I found this so interesting! It’s refreshing to have someone explain without blowing your mind with science! I also think it’s so lovely how open you and J are! It’s definitely made someone feel less alone and let someone feel validated in their feelings! Even when you said about being angry at J over the food, it’s probably validated women when they’re experiencing any hormonal fluctuations so well done for being so open and honest! Congratulations ❤❤ 27 weeks pregnant and tbh the anxiety never fully goes. There are natural ways to increase your progesterone and tbh im surprised the clinics didn’t test you on the right day in your cycle to check this xxx

Aw guys I’m so happy for you both! I know you’re saying this from a very difference place but that must of been so so hard to go through. I’ve had a lot of miscarriages too and I agree that pregnancy after loss is EXTREMELY difficult. I’m so glad you can relax a bit more now ❤
